The Customer Service Center is available Monday – Friday 8 a.m.- 11 p.m. ET and Saturdays 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. ET.

*First-time requests will require the submission of a signed paper form; subsequent requests under $10,000 or a change to an existing systematic withdrawal plan can be done over-the-phone.

Visit with a Nationwide representative downtown at the Calvin Goode Building, 251 W Washington St, 7th Floor, on Wednesday mornings from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
